Pam Mathis has been a licensed Realtor® since May of 2006, bringing a myriad of knowledge, experience, and practical insight to the team. Based in our beautiful home state of Florida — with deep ties to neighboring Georgia — Pam has a sharp understanding of shifting market trends and what it takes to succeed in real estate.

Lauren Mathis officially joined the family in 2024 when she married Pam’s son, Tony. With a strong work ethic rooted in her early start in the professional world, Lauren thrives in fast-paced environments, finds joy in organization, and loves to provide meaningful support.

After being laid off due to company downsizing, Lauren was unexpectedly pushed into a new chapter of her life. With a new marriage and a few years of experience in the real estate world, she decided to push forward and test the waters as a transaction coordinator. Pam saw Lauren working for a company out-of-state and thought: why not fill the need for transaction coordination right here at home?

And just like that, Coordinate the Coast was born.
